Peanutize Me creates digital avatars and related content. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we have tailored refund guidelines to balance flexibility with the realities of digital goods. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
When available, free trials allow you to evaluate the Service before billing begins. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

For automatic renewals, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the renewal charge provided no credits were consumed during the new billing period. Once credits are used or files downloaded, renewal payments become non-refundable.

Complimentary credits, referral rewards, and promotional discounts have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or cash conversion.
